Water Testing & Treatment for Well Water

Water Testing & Treatment for Well WaterIt is a misconception that all well water is naturally pure. The fact is that water dissolves or absorbs the substances it touches as it filters through layers of soil and rock in the ground or as it flows through streams. Although many of these substances are harmless, some are unsafe to drink.

If you are unsure about how safe your well water is, you should consider getting it tested. The Manosh Corp. offers complete water analysis. We have our own in-house lab for mineral testing and can arrange a Bacteria test through a state certified lab. Once testing is complete, our Water Treatment Specialist will review your needs and describe the various options and water treatment products that are available.

The signs of water contamination are not always obvious. Contaminated water does not always look, taste or smell different than safe drinking water. Certain minerals may actually give your water an appealing taste, however, at certain levels these minerals, just like man-made chemicals are considered contaminants that makes water unpalatable or even unsafe.

Odds are the water coming into your house is just fine. However, the Manosh Corporation strongly recommends having your water tested if:

  • You are buying a home
  • You have recurrent incidents of gastrointestinal illness
  • Water stains plumbing fixtures and laundry
  • Water supply equipment (pump, etc.) wears rapidly
  • Water appears cloudy, colored, or frothy
  • You are pregnant, anticipating pregnancy, or have an infant

Our professional, qualified (CWS Level 2, Small systems operator, IBWA certified) personnel can analyze your water, custom design a system for your needs, and install the proper equipment, using industry best manufacturers. We offer custom solutions to local water issues.
